Robert Peach - Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives
Robert is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a Member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel. He has been with the firm since 1991 and has practised in all areas of civil litigation since commencing his legal training in 1984.
Prior to 2005 Robert’s main practice was in the field of Personal Injury claims in which he enjoyed much success and was reported widely in both the local and legal press. Robert’s extensive litigation experience ensures that in heading up the firm’s Contentious Probate team this has the edge in this niche area of work. He offers practical advice to both individuals and charitable organisations in this increasingly specialised field of law.
Robert also undertakes all aspects of commercial and property litigation. Outside of work, Robert is the Immediate Past President of the Junior Chamber in Portsmouth and Honorary Secretary of the Locks Heath & District Fundraising Branch of the RNLI.
