Our Social Housing Development and Projects team are fully trained in relation to SDLT, VAT and other taxation issues that may arise in any particular scheme. We fully appreciate the potential implications that for example, SDLT clawback or perhaps irrecoverable VAT can have on the viability of a scheme and the inter-relationship that various taxes have on each other.
