Kevin Steele - Partner
Kevin Steele qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and before joining the Firm in 1996 he worked for another major provincial practice in Kent. Coming from a general commercial property background, Kevin has specialised in Housing Association Law for twelve years.
Kevin is now the Partner responsible for the provision of legal services for development acquisitions and major land based projects. He leads a team of lawyers who provide a full range of non-contentious property services to the RSL client.
His own areas of specialism cover complex development projects, property aspects of funding and non-contentious housing management. Significant new instructions over the year including a £10 million regeneration project and a £43 million+ county-wide care project reflect his growing reputation.
