Hugh qualified in 1995 and gained a broad experience of property work whilst at a number of City based firms. Hugh has acted for a variety of RSLs on transactional work in the areas of property acquisitions and disposals including development and site assembly, planning, construction, infrastructure agreements and nominations. He has also advised on issues regarding tax including VAT and SDLT, CPOs and long term management agreements and development agreements with the local authorities and other RSLs.
He has regularly contributed articles and hosted seminars and workshops on issues relating to property development and RSLs.
