SOCIAL HOUSING LEASEHOLD MANAGEMENT (fixed term contract)

Southampton Office

Coffin Mew LLP is recruiting a Paralegal to join the Social Housing Leasehold Management department for a fixed term period of 12 months.

Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential. Social Housing experience is desirable but not essential for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with enthusiasm and a legal qualification (such as a law degree, LPC or equivalent) to join a friendly and professional team.  The role will involve assisting the department with large volume residential (especially leasehold) transaction work.  You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills and experience.  You will have excellent client skills, strong organisation and time management skills and will contribute a vital role to the day to day work of the department.

The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure and be IT literate.
