Contentious Trusts & Estates
The Contentious Trusts and Estates team is headed by Robert Peach, who has been with the firm since 1991 and is an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). He has a great deal of experience in dealing with highly sensitive matters, helping people through some very difficult - and often emotionally charged - times.
His approach is totally client focused providing easy to understand interpretations of highly complex issues.
Working closely with Christian Smith, the team also draws on the expertise of other lawyers around the firm if there is a specific requirement. This resource means that we deal with all types of disputes efficiently, effectively and professionally to provide the best possible outcome.
