Chris Upfield, head of the Family team, has specialist knowledge of Pension Sharing Orders and has a national reputation for his understanding of the Armed Forces pension schemes 1975 and 2005. He has acted for many service personnel, both around England and working abroad, in relation to divorce proceedings where pension issues have been integral to the outcome. Chris receives referrals from several Armed Forces support agencies and Associations and has also delivered training to his peers within the legal profession upon the complications and pitfalls of pension sharing under the Armed Forces Pension schemes.
