Amanda Brockwell, Partner, Corporate and Healthcare Team

Amanda qualified in 1992, joined Coffin Mew LLP in 1995 and became a Partner in 2000.

She specialises in Corporate Finance work and advises buyers, sellers and funders on corporate transactions. She has worked closely with MBO and MBI teams who have obtained bank, venture capitalist and other specialist financing, dealing with all aspects of such transactions.

She has achieved nationwide notoriety for her funding work, working on large scale funding projects for major lenders in transactions worth over £110 million per annum. She has been singled out as a leader in her field by Chambers & Partners as being “exceptionally thorough and commercial”.

She has also worked on three cross-border transactions over the past year with Denmark, Sweden and New Zealand target companies.

Amanda also heads up the Firm's Care Sector team and has acted on numerous acquisitions and disposals in this sector. Amanda is also a Governor at Peter Symonds College, Winchester.
