Sarah Humphrey, Associate

Sarah joined the firm in 2002 as a trainee Solicitor, having attended Reading University and the College of Law at Guildford.  She qualified as a Solicitor working within the Commercial Property team in 2004 and was appointed an Associate in November 2008.

Sarah has experience in a wide range of non-contentious property matters including commercial landlord and tenant work, residential and mixed use developments, investment sales and purchases and secured lending.  She has experience in the care sector but is particularly noted within the firm for her work with charitable clients and leads the charities team across the different disciplines within the firm.

Her work with Charities has given her a wide variety of property experience. A recent example being a project for a regional charity who instructed her to sell off part of their land to a developer to allow them to redevelop and extend the remainder of their site. The work also involved a leaseback of the commercial elements of the site, and a letting of their own redeveloped building as a Children’s Centre.  Other members of the team have also been involved with partnering agreements and grant agreements with various funders.

Sarah provides her clients with clear concise advice based on their commercial needs some recent comments being:-
