Welcome to the July edition of the monthly employment law review from the Employment Team at Coffin Mew.

In this month’s in depth review, the Employment Team will be looking at:

  • The proposed changes to the Employment Tribunal system – Costs and new rules of procedure
  • Should the Employment Tribunal minutely examine the scoring in a selection process when deciding if a dismissal is unfair?
  • Does an employer have to disclose information to unsuccessful job applicants?
