When couples separate, whether married or not, it is sometimes difficult to agree arrangements for the children, such as where they should live, who with and how often the other parent sees the children. Your solicitor can help you to make the arrangements by writing to your ex-partner and hopefully reaching an agreement. Sometimes, unfortunately, parents cannot agree and an application will need to be made to Court.
