It is important to seek independent legal advice prior to commencing divorce proceedings and prior to applying for the Decree Absolute of divorce. You should also seek advice if you are considering remarrying, particularly if your financial claims on divorce have not been resolved and an order of the Court made.

We also have links with counsellors and therapists who can work with individuals or couples.
