DATA PROTECTION
Each party undertakes to comply with all legislation relating to the possession or use of information and/or data including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”).
In circumstances where a party acts as Data Processor under the Act in relation to any information or data processed under or in connection with this Agreement, that party shall comply with the obligations of the Data Controller in respect of that information or data under the Seventh Principle of the Act and shall only process such information or data in the manner and for the purposes contemplated by this Agreement.
