Anna West - Solicitor
Anna joined the firm as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in 2003.
As a member of the Corporate Department Anna advises SMEs, directors, shareholders, charities and clients in the not for profit sector. Her work includes advising on business and share acquisitions and disposals, mergers, re-organisations, management buy ins and buy outs, constitutional matters, shareholder and partnership matters.
