We were one of the first firms in the country to take part in the trials of e.conveyancing with the Land Registry called Chain Matrix.

The purpose of the Chain Matrix trial system was to provide up-to-date information on the progress of individual transactions within a property chain. As each part of the chain directly affects another, by using Chain Matrix this information was accessible on-line to each conveyancer who was in the chain – making it a highly valuable resource which helped to avoid delay and frustration.
It also meant that that our clients could track the progress of their move on the internet.
